In the murmurings of a park, a stone's throw from the Hospices, Chef Jordan Billan combines the magic of flavors drawn from the sources of Burgundy's terroir with brio: inventive, fine cuisine, with a special mention for the pigeon smoked with vine shoots! Open Wednesday to Sunday, 7pm to 9:30pm; weekends, 12pm to 1:30pm. Lunch every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 1:30pm. Closed Mondays and Tuesdays in low season. Reservations recommended.
