The first real food Truck from Côte d'Or arrived! B As Burgui was born of the will of two young cooks concerned to work on regional products. Jean Ruston, 29, and Guerric Geskoff, aged 28, met during their studies. After a few years of professional experience, for one in finance for the other in the BTP, they ruler everything to realize their dream: create a restaurant. But not any restaurant! They decide to adapt local specialities to new eating habits and invent B as Burgui, first food truck from Bourgogne! The food truck, ultra trend in the big capitals, is a professional kitchen installed in a truck… Beware of the Saturday night pizza trucks! No, B like Burgui offers hamburgers to Bresse chicken or charolais beef. Salads and vegetables come from a vegetable of Labergement-lès-Auxonne and their bread is "homemade". Jean and Guerric come to Beaune from Thursday to Sunday and Dijon on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. To discover absolutely!
