Brasserie in Beaune run by Romain Bettini, with a nice terrace and good dishes prepared on the spot.

Cosy brasserie in the heart of Beaune on Place Carnot, with a large terrace that's very pleasant in fine weather. Nicolas Point, a seasoned chef who has worked at several renowned addresses, is in charge of the kitchen. He is assisted by Amélia, a talented pastry chef. Dishes include Burgundy specialties, charcuterie slates, local cheeses, planks, artisanal parsley ham, snail crisps and chocolate moelleux... dishes that offer very good value for money. The menu is well worth the price.

Nous avons eu un excellent dîner au Parisien avec de bons diches bourguignons. Le bœuf bourguignon par exemple était parfaitement cuit. Et tout cela pour un prix très attractif.
L'ambiance du restaurant est agréable et le personnel très sympathique.

Très belle surprise pour ce restaurant
ENFIN un restaurant qui ne se moque pas des touristes de passage en ouvrant des sachets à réchauffer !!!!!
Du fait maison du début à la fin
Un service des plus agréable
Bref tout est dit c est Super bon
Et entrée plat dessert à 26€ bravo
