Le Carnot is a pretty brasserie on a pedestrian street in Beaune. When the weather's fine, the terrace is a real magnet, and the chic Parisian brasserie atmosphere will win you over. We love the banquettes and tassel chandeliers, the large, gleaming counter and the convivial atmosphere. Owner Frédéric Laleure, a former winegrower, maintains an image of Burgundian bistronomy by preserving and skilfully revisiting classic brasserie recipes. So, egg meurette, andouillette with Fallot mustard or an Epoisses burger?
