This friendly wine bar in the center of Beaune offers succulent dishes from starter to dessert, accompanied by excellent wines. Enjoy Burgundian tapas with a glass of wine, or try out the talents of Julien Nicolas, who has worked at Mathieu Viannay's 2-star La Mère Brazier in Lyon. In the kitchen, he concocts fine dishes, from minute tartare and scallops to fish and meat. For dessert, the apple crisp is exquisite. The bright dining room, with its indoor veranda, becomes cosy and hushed in the evening.
