The Moulin du Foulon has enjoyed a new lease of life since it was taken over by Olivier Anaya and Aurélien Pitaval. The mill, which dates back to 1840, has been modernized while preserving its milling tradition. The quality of its flours, made from soft wheat harvested in Côte-d'Or, is appreciated by many of the region's professionals. For private customers, the store is self-service, with self-payment in complete autonomy and confidence. A choice of ten or so varieties, packaging from 5 kg, and the possibility of buying sourdough and discovering recipe secrets.

Idée géniale que de pouvoir acheter de la farine en libre service ,tous les jours . Elles sont toutes délicieuses. J'ai retrouvé le plaisir de faire du pain avec ma machine à pain. Le résultat est totalement différent par rapport à une farine de grande surface. De plus , fini mon intolérance au gluten ! Je n'utiliserai plus que les farines de ce moulin . Et cerise sur le gâteau, ça revient moins cher ! Merci beaucoup à ces jeunes qui ont eu le courage de reprendre ce moulin . Je recommande vivement !
