Francis Rapeneau and Hervé Digy, the chefs who have been running the restaurant since 2010, have made Le Dauphiné a sure bet! The classic concept suits it well, as it respects all the hallmarks of a good address: a warm welcome, a friendly atmosphere, a well-dressed dining room, a menu of home-cooked dishes at reasonable prices and impeccable service. You can treat yourself to Burgundian dishes such as oeufs en meurette or escargots, calf's head simmered in crémant or minced beef. For those with a sweet tooth, the home-made desserts are exquisite.
