We eat under a beautiful pergola and in front of an incredible panorama, as we are in rue du Belvédère! But the best is in the plate. They serve great food here, and yet in a very rustic, Sicilian and family atmosphere. Everything is delicious, but the speciality of the house is the spaghetti with sea urchins, and the fresh pasta with prawns, with basil. The pizza menu is also recommendable and the choice of compositions is interesting. The desserts, with their pistachio and chocolate chips, are to die for.

Si vous recherchez quelque chose d’authentique sur Salina, n’hésitez pas à choisir Da Franco.
Notre famille y a été particulièrement bien reçue pour notre séjour de 3 nuits. L’environnement est calme et charmant. La piscine avec une très belle vue sur la mer et sur Lipari est très agréable. Le repas que le Chef nous a préparé était, de loin, le meilleur que nous avons eu sur l’île.

Abbiamo avutto il piacere di stare 3 notti da Franco.
Il nostro soggiorno in famiglia (con due ragazze) è stato stupendo: posto meraviglioso, camere belle ed ampie, piscina con vista bellissima, ma soppratutto accoglienza perfetta: uno si sente come a casa grazie ad Andrea e al signore Carmelo che sono attenti e molto disponibile.
Senza dimenticare il chef Nuccio che ci ha fatto una cena da favola: ottimi prodotti cucinatti con tanta passione. Buonissimo, per noi la cena migliore del nostro soggiorno (e abbiamo provato locali "famosi" di Salina) Grazie mille

Schönes Hotel auf Salina mit einer tollen Aussicht aufs Meer.
Wir haben die Suite gebucht und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Was ev noch fehlt ist ein Sessel oder Tisch und Stuhl um sich ein wenig auszuruhen oder etwas zu lesen.
Der Pool ist mega und darf immer genutzt werden. Abends ist er sogar beleuchtet
