Recently picked up by Michel and his wife Brigitte, a French couple for a long time in the province of Granada, the restoration developed with a nice kitchen of the world (India, Maghreb…) and organic vegetables, not forgetting the bull tail at the Nimeña (mean!!) or home duck.
