In this concept store, born of a passion for the culinary arts shared by Laurent Ollive, a former restaurateur and teacher at the Tsuji hotel school, and his daughter Marion, you'll find culinary ideas first in the delicatessen, which sells top-of-the-range, additive-free preserves, then through culinary and oenology workshops organized every week, and finally in the tasting of menus prepared by chef Laurent, by reservation only. Here, the aim is to capture our senses. A successful challenge!
