This charming restaurant with a terrace on the waterfront is run by a Franco-British couple. Jacques Rioux, a Breton chef, and his charming wife Cathy settled in Saint Lucia after two culinary world tours. For lunch, the menu is displayed on a board and changes according to the products of the day by favoring light cuisine. In the evening, the menu is more elegant. The chef handles Creole flavors skilfully, including coconut, ginger, sweet peppers... Excellent restaurant that has a great reputation on the island.

Lunched here before leaving to the south. Good food and fancy decoration but nothing extraordinary either. Pleasant setting because waterside terrace, but not bad boat that passes. in front of the bay windows. Well, nothing more. A traditional restaurant.
