Italian restaurant in the famous timber-framed house in Domfront-en-Poiraie.
Destination Italy with Sicilian-born chef Onofrio and owners Emilie. The duo has set up shop in the famous half-timbered house between the upper and lower town, facing the "échauguette", a small sentry box high above the town. The plate is adorned with colour and sunshine. It smells of tomatoes, basil and pesto. On the menu: a wide choice of pizzas, pastas and bocas, including vegetarian options, as well as traditional brasserie-style dishes (entrecôte, tuna steak...). It’s good, hearty and reasonably priced.
