Atlanta is the birthplace of Coca-Cola, which now has its headquarters here. The multinational has created a museum that tells the story of the brand and its world: The World of Coca-Cola. The scenography is particularly elaborate and will appeal to children and adults alike. Visit the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historical Park

Days 5 and 6: Memphis, Tennessee

Visit Graceland

Memphis is known the world over as the city where Elvis Presley lived most of his life. Enter Sun Studio

Graceland isn't the only building marked by Elvis' presence. Sun Studio is also mythical, as the recording studio that hosted the King. It was here that he recorded some of his greatest hits, such as That's Allright Mama. Other stars have passed through the doors of this legendary studio, including Johnny Cash.

Days 7 to 9: New Orleans, Louisiana

Continue on to New Orleans, Louisiana. From Memphis, it's a 5.30-hour drive, the longest of your 15-day itinerary in the southern United States. New Orleans is one of America's must-sees, thanks to its rich culture blending French, Creole and American influences. Stay 3 nights.
