An incredible project that revived an 1880 historic house in the Prince Hall Historic District. It was Arthur and Annie Gorham's family home; she was a teacher, he was the first African-American postman in Raleigh. In 2016, this beautiful Victorian building was doomed to destruction, so Matt and Nicole set up a project to transform it into a boutique hotel. The house is finally moved 6 blocks and rehabilitated into a charming accommodation that combines the charm of the old and modern design and arty.
