This small hotel, in a quiet impasse overlooking the Avenue du Maréchal Leclerc, is just steps from the bus station and the city centre, and a-minute drive from the airport. The neighbourhood is popular and living, laundry, restaurants and shops less than 50 m. It is a good business, very clean, compared to bad city pensions often poorly attended. The 35 rooms are small, but with good value for money for Saint-Denis, air-conditioned, with double bed, LCD TV, wooden furniture and decorated decoration. Renewed in 2011, it has been completely renovated and refurbished, without increasing its prices! Collective kitchen with individual cupboards, heated plates, but no dishes. Breakfast is taken in a pleasant patio with some plants. Small parking, point phone, wi-fi (surcharge), 24-hour reception, luggage room: convenient for excursions. Rates next season, duration, room and number of people, but always at attractive prices. Possible airport transfers and car rental from 25 € per day.
