A Normandy delicacy! We have been producing Mortrée since 1989. Isabelle Croizé offers raw livers, cooked, from ducks or grey geese from Périgord raised on the farm and processed at the workshop of the agricultural high school of Vire. You can find the duck livers from Londes at the Christmas markets in the region.
