Elegant rooms with private balcony in a hotel with restaurant, pool and spa area near the beach in Cambrils.

Ideally located - 100 meters from the beach - and well kept, the recently renovated Hotel Mònica is perhaps the best address in Cambrils. The rooms (104 in all) are clean, spacious and elegant, and all have TVs, minibars and private balconies. The hotel's restaurant is excellent and the buffet breakfast is a treat. One can also appreciate the nice swimming pool framed by deckchairs and high palm trees, as well as the Spa area (with Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna) free of charge for the hotel guests. A very good address!

Hotel situado cerca del puerto y zona de restaurantes y tiendas. Muy cerca de la playa. Piscina con jardín muy agradable. Tranquilo. El buffet del restaurante muy bueno. Productos de calidad. Marisco, buenas frutas. Todo muy limpio, personal amable.

The Hotel itself is fine, but there is a lot of noise pollution caused by the hotel.

I'm not sure if it's the compressors or fans for air conditioning, or the kitchen's refrigerators, but there is a constant loud buzzing/humming noise 24/7 from the hotel. Even though the noise emanates from the rear of the hotel (career d'Esteve Anguera), it can be hear all around the streets close by. It's a bit annoying.

No tornarem, ni recomanariem, varem pagar mes 200 euros per una nit, ni tan sols una ampolla d aigua, a l habitacio quan se suposa que es un 4 estrelles superior, vam demanar deixar l hab. 1 hora mes tard, la resposta va ser un no, i mentre ens dutxavem a les 11.30 va entrar la de la neteja, demencial,
Vam demanar deixar el parquink despres de dinar, i si de tot un dia valia 16 euros, de 3 hores ens volien cobrar 25 extra, una manera de dir que no diferent, aixo a finals de setembre que no se quin servei donaran en temporada alta, pero nosaltres vam quedar molt decebuts.
L esmorçar va estar be pero el lloc petit per tanta gent, repeteixo, esmorçar en temporada alta a de ser una odissea.
