It has a long history, since when it opened in 1969 it was just a humble café serving mainly the fishermen of the village, before becoming a real restaurant in the 1980s, until it obtained its star in 1984. Today, the third generation of the Bosch family has joined the elegant ship, with Juan Bosch at the helm since 1982. Gourmets and sea lovers alike will be delighted!

Since 1973, El Posito has been an institution in Cambrils. Formerly located in the heart of the fish market, the friendly owner has moved to a quiet square a few years ago. The service room, with its decoration that evokes the subdued and wooded cabin of a boat, is huge and the service team very efficient. One comes to Posito to share some tapas del mar, but also to enjoy mussels and other seafood, and some good fresh fish skilfully prepared. Good wines and reasonable prices.
