Ferme Bidard is a dairy farm located in Lonlay-l’Abbaye, Normandy. Founded in 1790, it is now run by Hervé and Delphine Bidard, accompanied by their daughter Pascaline and her partner François. In addition to traditional dairy farming, ten years ago the farm began making artisanal ice creams from their cows’ milk. The ice creams are available in pots or frozen pastries, with a wide variety of flavors such as chocolate, vanilla, raspberry, mango, caramel beurre salé, etc. The farm also offers ice cream cakes, ice cream logs, Norwegian omelettes, mini ice creams, ice cream macaroons and ice cream verrines. Cash, cheques and credit cards are accepted.
