Based on the principle that beer is a noble product in the same way as wine, the owners have built a castle for it... a little wooden castle for their organic microbrewery, so that they can brew and welcome their customers in the best possible conditions! Produced from organic cereals and several varieties of hops from England, Alsace, and the Czech Republic, Tortue and Dragon are available in blond, amber, and white.
