Authentic ice creams from Ferme Bidard! On their family farm, Delphine and Hervé, accompanied by their daughter and her partner, handcraft ice creams and sorbets in jars, as well as frozen pastries. Every day, a gourmet farandole takes place: macaroons, logs and ice cakes made from their cows' milk. Twice a week, the farmers welcome you to their farm store! You'll also find their ice creams in around twenty sales outlets in Normandy, and on the menus of many of the region's restaurants.
