The exterior renovation and interior design of this farmhouse inn have been a great success. In the kitchen, Jean-Baptiste De Rocca Serra concocts traditional dishes using Corsican produce, in particular black pork raised on the farm by his brother Antoine. The unique menu offers a fine panorama of Corsican gastronomy. Oven-roasted lamb or daube, beans simmered in sauce and cannelloni with bruccio and mint: everything is perfect, generous and tasty. Charming rooms are also available.
