Dans un cadre sublime une cuise très raffinée . Des plats osés et souvent inattendus .une mention particulière pour le désert du chef .

Très belle institution sur le Lac d’Hossegor. La vue est belle et le restaurant au calme. Le service est bien euro et le personnel sympathique et attentionné. Les produits frais et locaux sont sublimes en cuisine par le chef et sa brigade. Le tartare de langoustines est divin!
