Just a stone's throw from the town center, with its two large sunny terraces and superb view of Hossegor's marine lake, the Bistro Balnéaire looks great. In the kitchen, the teams are accompanied by a sushi chef who brings a Japanese touch to the menu. That's why delicious honey-glazed magret du Sud-Ouest, rack of veal, pavé de maigre and grilled turbot rub shoulders with maki and california rolls. For dessert, there may be room for a giant profiterole! In short, a chic address, well located and very busy.

Excellente découverte. Tombé par hasard sur ce "bistrot", un tantinet branchouillard à priori mais surprise : accueil sympathique et décontracté et puis, une cuisine excellente. Je recommande à 100 °/°.

Du côté cuisine ce fut un peu différent, pour un plat à 33€ le turbot était plus présent en arêtes qu'en chair. Signalé à la serveuse, aucune réaction en cuisine.

Plats servis bons, bien cuisinés mais chers par rapport au contenu, (burrata éclatée jambon ibérique...par exemple)
Dessert (ile flottante géante) très bon!
Service vraiment pas commerçant...serveur désinvolte et vraiment pas dans son job (donne les cartes voir jette les cartes sur les tables sans regarder les clients...)
Nous voulions tester ce restau depuis longtemps, c'est fait mais nous en resterons là!
