In Eguisheim, Domaine Hebinger cultivates much more than grapes: it cultivates a philosophy. Certified organic and biodynamic, this 11.2-hectare vineyard is run with passion by Christian, Véronique and their son Denis. Here, everything is hand-harvested, and each wine waits in the cellar until it reaches full maturity. Lovely winery that has both traditional and natural wines. Huge number of options. The mother, who runs the tasting room is very friendly and speaks a little English

Hervorragende Weine und eines der wenigen Weingüter, die es schaffen, zwei Linien zu fahren (eine klassische & eine mit ausgeprägter Mazeration) und beide auf hohem Niveau zu halten. Das ist wirklich selten. Abgesehen davon sind die Weine auch von für das Elsass ungewöhnlicher Frische und Geradlinigkeit.

Une rencontre au top ! Tant dans la découverte des vins que dans l'accueil : authenticité, professionnalisme et bienveillance. Tout ce qu'on aime vivre et ressentir. Superbe line-up qui nous a été proposée dans le tout nouveau caveau de dégustation que nous avons donc inaugurée en session personnalisée. Un plaisir !

Merci à Véronique et Denis pour leur accueil. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir vous voir pour remplir la cave et prendre une bonne dose de bienveillance.
