On the slopes of Eguisheim, the Baur family has been cultivating a winegrowing heritage of patience, precision and passion for generations. With 17 hectares of organic vines since 2011, Armand and his son Arnaud, an oenologist, shape a mosaic of terroirs, from the Brand, Eichberg and Pfersigberg Grands Crus to the Holzweg, Fronenberg and alluvial soils of the Harth. Ich wurde von Mme Baur sehr freundlich bedient und durfte kostenlos ein paar Weine probieren. Der Perles De Nos Terroirs ist ein frischer Wein zu Vorspeisen mit tollem Preis-Leistung Verhältnis, der Muscat typisch und schön trocken - und obwohl ich Grauburgunder in der Regel als etwas eintönig empfinde, hat dieser mich doch so überzeugt, dass ich eine Flasche Pinot Gris fürs Abendessen gekauft habe.

Sehr netter Empfang. Ich wollte gezielt Dessertweine verkosten und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich habe drei Flaschen gekauft und freue mich schon auf den Genuss zuhause. Gerne wieder!

Des vins excellents, une mention particulière pour le rosé qui est une pure merveille. Nous avons également très apprécié le crémant. Après de nombreux passages à Eguisheim et avoir testé de nombreuses adresses, notre préférence à Eguisheim se porte sur cet établissement

Leider eine sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin. Wir, zwei Frauen suchten ein Geburtstagsgeschenk und erlaubten uns, um eine Degustation zu bitten. Es wurde uns 1! kleines Schlückchen vom teuersten Riesling eingeschenkt.
Andere Alternativen wurden nicht angeboten. Trotzdem habenvwir 3! Flaschen gekauft, mussten allergings noch 1,50 Euro für den Karton bezahlen. S C H A D E !!!

Une expérience qui aurait pu être douloureuse : après avoir demandé une bouteille non disponible en magasin et après avoir été invité à venir la récupérer 30mn plus tard pour l’étiquetage, nous repassons 45mn plus tard et sommes gentiment invités par Arnaud à aller nous faire enc***ler car la bouteille n’était pas prête !
