Domaine Gruss: 16 ha, 49 plots, Grands Crus, wine-making combining tradition and modernity, using sustainable methods since 1962.

Since 1962, the Gruss family has been lovingly cultivating vines on 16 ha and 49 parcels spread between Eguisheim, Wettolsheim, Herrlisheim and Rouffach. Some of these are of the highest quality, located in the Grands Crus Eichberg, Pfersigberg and Vorbourg. Bernard and his son André practice integrated viticulture, combining respect for the terroir with innovation. Gentle pressing, temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, century-old tuns. Here, tradition and modernity don't clash, they thrive together

Vandaag weer wijn inkopen gedaan. Als altijd fantastisch ontvangen door de familie, die alle tijd nemen voor uitleg en proeven. De auto zit weer afgeladen vol, tot volgend jaar.

Monsieur Andre was kind and generous. He gave us many samples and let us see the wine cellar even though it was closing time. These wines are the best I've ever had! Please stop by and try some. You will not be disappointed!

La plus belle surprise de notre séjour entre route des vin et marchés de Noël de la région.
La cave Gruss nous a accueilli dans une ambiance familiale et chaleureuse. Une dégustation généreuse et enrichissante. Un vrai moment de terroirs sublimement conclue par une visite des espaces de transformation.
Impossible de repartir dans quelques cartons de bouteilles pour ramener l’expérience à domicile.
