In the heart of Eguisheim, in a superb 17th-century house, this estate combines authenticity and elegance. On 15 hectares certified organic since 2001, it fashions all the richness of Alsace wines, from lively crémants to generous late harvests, with grapes from the Grands Crus Eichberg, Pfersigberg and Ollwiller. Après un séjour au Hameau, une dégustation au caveau, nous avons acheté des vins du domaine Ginglinger. Vins toujours au top. Comme d'habitude ! Nous en avons même fait commandé pour notre voyage de retour.
Le petit (gros) plus du Hameau : les bouteilles en libre service dans le réfrigérateur.

Enorm warm welkom door Mathieu zelf en een prachtige proeverij gehad. Duidelijke uitleg over de verschillende druiven en hellingen. Een compleet nieuwe wereld die opengaat voor een wijnliefhebber. Echt een enorme aanrader. En vergeet zeker niet de mooie wijnen in te slaan. Dank Mathieu!
