Pa Kha means "dolphin" in Laotian. This guesthouse, located in the north of the island but close to all shops, includes two beautiful traditional wooden houses in the middle of a small garden. The larger rooms have a nice bathroom and a small private terrace. The smaller rooms have a common living room. Tables are set up in the shady garden. Half a dozen other rooms, more recent, overlook the Mekong River. The whole is charming and the parents of the family who run the place speak French.
