This magnificent building is situated on the cathedral square and is one of the oldest colmariens. Its construction is estimated in the twelfth century. This building has undergone many changes over the centuries, especially in the nineteenth century, where the Adolph family, the restaurant with the flavor of the day, added light and large windows! Looking closer, you will see the influence of religious art on urban architecture. This magnificent building has been classified as a historic monument since June 13, 1929.

The Adolph house is one of the oldest buildings in Colmar. It is located on the Plaza de la Colleale Saint Martin, close to the Bartholdi Museum and the Pfister House. It's a beautiful house with a well-preserved house.
