CERCLE NUMISMATIQUE DE COLMAR

Here's a great place to get your French and foreign coins and banknotes appraised free of charge. Founded in 1971, this Colmar-based association brings together collectors and enthusiasts of ancient and modern coins, medals, tokens and collector banknotes. It organizes a number of numismatic events, including the Journée régionale (held in autumn) de l'étude des monnaies et médailles in the Salle des Catherinettes, with exhibitors from all over France. The association can supply catalogs, specialized works, new issues and certain productions from the Monnaie de Paris at attractive rates. A specialized library is available to Cercle members. You are welcome to join the members of this group at the Sunday meetings, which take place once a month, to exchange items and add to your collection.
