The old Novotel became new in the spring of 2016 to become a very attractive Ibis Style under the leadership of Bernard Wilhelm. This distinguished architect was inspired by the Alsatian vineyard to set up an interior decoration that is both design, colorful and friendly. Tasting Caveau dressed in raw wood casing, breakfast room furnished with high tables of vineyards, spotted kelsch chairs (traditional Alsace fabric), ceiling decorated with stylized grape grains, soils bearing materials referring to the mineral and plant universe of vineyards, walls of the rooms bullets of crémant bubbles: it is a great success! Add to this a pleasant outdoor swimming pool with a large beach equipped with sun loungers, a playground for children and a small fitness room. On the cake, the Ibis Style Colmar Nord now has a quality restaurant, La Table du Vigneron. In the dining room or on the large terrace with views of the Vosges, you can enjoy a home-made kitchen from local seasonal products: Foie Gras, Caesar salad, truffle eggs, beef tartare, steeped pie, burger vosgian burger in the Ried, cheeks of candied pork… It is complemented by a superb wine list that offers excellent regional wines, nature or biodynamic products. Hotel cozily priced, overnight, good table: This is an ideal location to discover Colmar and its surroundings!
