The hotel's charm lies in its setting in Little Venice, and its facilities: king-size beds, four-poster beds, bubble baths, magnificent antique furniture and air conditioning. The new Le Baron cocktail bar nestles in a shady patio. In the restaurant, À L'Échevin, young chef Yoni Couturier combines creativity and local recipes to concoct dishes as delicate as they are delicious, in the colors of the seasons. The restaurant is a must try. We were immediately seated once we arrived and the food/service was fantastic.
