Set on the banks of the Lauch River, this superb hotel is housed in a venerable 16th-century residence. The hotel's charm lies in its setting in Little Venice, and its facilities: king-size beds, four-poster beds, bubble baths, magnificent antique furniture and air conditioning. The new Le Baron cocktail bar nestles in a shady patio. In the restaurant, À L'Échevin, young chef Yoni Couturier combines creativity and local recipes to concoct dishes as delicate as they are delicious, in the colors of the seasons. la bonne chose est qu'il est fermé à la vieille ville mais avec ce prix et l'espace qu'ils ont donné, je ne pense pas que cela vaut ce prix à moins que vous n'aimiez vraiment le style de maison traditionnel confortable.
La seule chose rachetable qui fait la catégorie de l'établissement est un bel espace pour le petit déjeuner, à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur, et la variété des produits. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas 4 étoiles.
