Located on the banks of the Lauch River in the heart of Little Venice, Marie's apartments are housed in an 18th-century half-timbered house. The decor is simply sublime and full of cachet, blending the old and the contemporary in controlled proportions: unfinished wooden floors, antique tiles, a few exposed beams and all bathed in light. Their balconies offer plunging views of the river. What's more, their location in the heart of Colmar's historic district is truly exceptional. Everything is just a few minutes' walk away!

Nous avons tout aimé de notre appartement Le Terrasse La Launch. Il était impeccable, idéalement situé, facile à trouver (nous sommes arrivés en voiture), conçu avec une telle attention et avait TOUT ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris une petite buanderie au même étage.
Mon seul regret est de ne pas être resté plus longtemps.
Nous espérons revenir dans un avenir proche !

au cœur du quartier historique de Colmar. Il était bien aménagé mais, bien que l'annonce indique deux salles de bains, il n'y avait qu'un seul WC. Nous n'avons appris qu'après avoir réservé que l'appartement se trouvait au troisième étage. Les escaliers peuvent poser des problèmes aux personnes âgées ou à celles qui ont beaucoup de bagages.
