古屋改造裡面現代又舒適
有廚房有冰箱有陽台（只有黑白色這房有）
地點超棒就在小威尼斯正中心
窗外就是河與街道
商店與餐廳就在樓下
晚上沒有遊客超安靜
白天遊客來之前都可以拍無人美照不需要人擠人

對了，有科爾馬免費電車會經過門口
可以直接搭免費小電車去市區或車站
