A Gault & Millau toque for this establishment run for a decade by Nicolas Groell (a member of Chefs d'Alsace) and Noémie Mann. Don't forget to make a reservation if you want to eat here, as seating is limited. At lunchtime, you can choose from the menu of the day, the Marché menu or the Chef's menu. In the evening, it's a wine bar formula. You can choose from the à la carte menu to compose your dinner. As for children, they can enjoy a small piece of Black Angus beef and a homemade dessert, enough to instill in them a love of good things!

j'y suis allée le week-end, donc je ne sais pas comment c'est en semaine, mais j'ai pris les crevettes et le poulpe, qui étaient très bons, et le champagne était bon, et ils ont allumé la crème brûlée, ce qui était amusant.
ce n'est pas incroyablement convivial, mais pas mal (pour la France) et bien que le repas prenne du temps (c'est la France après tout), c'était un bon moment. je vous le recommande !
