LE FLORY
Winstub with terrace in an authentic setting in Colmar offering Alsatian specialties.
If winstubs are flourishing in Colmar, Le Flory stands out from the crowd thanks to its authentic setting enhanced by fine woodwork and "jovial" frescoes! Alsatian specialities are served in generous portions: pork cheek with pinot noir accompanied by spaetzle, sauerkraut, homemade duck foie gras, and, for sweet beaks, iced vacherin on raspberry coulis. Not very dietetic, but oh so tasty! On sunny days, you can sit on the shaded terrace. But beware, it is better to reserve because it is quickly taken by storm!

In short, this restaurant is Alsatian shame and I do not understand that it is in your guide!!!!
I marked the waitress, who did not do commentary, if not bring from €116 bill me.
Don't I include eulogistic opinions and time with what we lived? Which difference with other visited establishments and with our own cuisine. Of course, this November 1st, there was no chef present or quality produce in Flory. My consolation, it is to be avoided the same mishap with a group of 8 Swiss which was on the back when they asked to us whether they were good! They went their way.
Fortunately, I know the good Alsatian culinary tradition, Flory is shame with its region and its profession.
