Recently renovated, Ibis Style Colmar Nord has a pleasant restaurant extended by a superb terrace with a breathtaking view of the Vosges. Its logo representing a corkscrew in a stylized way announces the colour: here, the Alsatian way of life is gracefully celebrated! In the kitchen, chef Yann Charreteur prepares dishes full of verve using fresh products (some of which are organic) supplied mainly by local producers. Foie gras, smoked trout, fleischnacka, Vosges burger, farm bibeleskaes, queen's bite, flambéed pies, kassler crust and beautiful pieces of beef: everything is tasty and rich! Excellent wine list composed of good regional wines, natural or from biodynamic viticulture. A lively decor and a friendly atmosphere: here, it is nice to dine with family or friends, especially at the "stammtisch" for 8 people. Booking more than recommended.
