Superb brewery in Colmar offering Alsatian dishes based on fresh products.
In an artery perpendicular to the rue des Clefs, this beautiful brewery proudly displays the Colmar coat of arms on its colourful sign. It is a good address to enjoy Alsatian dishes made with fresh and local products: ham braised with munster, sauerkraut Aux Armes de Colmar, flambéed pies (plain, gratinée, mushrooms, goat-honey...). But here, lovers of good meat can also enjoy, for example, a succulent heart of entrecote with 2 butters. Fancy a dessert? La Bulle Gourmande consists of a plate of mignardises accompanied by a glass of crémant. This is the perfect way to finish your agapes on a sparkling note of Alsace!

Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance car n’avions pas réservé et nous avons quand même pu avoir une table.
Le service était très agréable, tout le monde était serviable et souriant.
La choucroute était excellente, à chaque bouchée mon copain ne pouvait s’empêcher de dire à quel point c’était bon! Ma flammenkuche était très bonne aussi!!
