La Ferme du Champ Secret is first and foremost the struggle of Patrick Mercier, a dairy producer for 3 generations, to protect one of the jewels of Normandy gastronomy: Camembert de Normandie made with raw milk. No fewer than 4 labels (fermier, AOP de Normandie, 100% bio, STG lait de foin) certify the product's traceability and quality, from field to plate. This tireless work is passionately shared by the producer during visits organized on Fridays in summer, and through a store where you can stock up on raw milk and butter.
