Located in the heart of the old town, in the historic quarter, this recently opened restaurant offers a quiet atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is a very good option to discover the gastronomy of Piedmont, very good value for money (we recommend the «Tasting menu» formula). Located in a completely renovated building without being denatured, the 4 Ciance offers a cuisine based on products only Piedmontese and home made. The menu of specialities is a place for authenticity and craftsmanship, the presentation is modern "author" style. Pasta, risottos, antipasti, and exquisite meat from a farm located in the hills of Cuneo, owned by the family of Giacomo, one of the three masters of the site. With Daniele and Gian Maria, Giacomo and his fine team will seduce you with their kindness and kindness. All accompanied by the best bottles of Piedmontese and Italian wines, secretly guarded in an exceptional cellar (more than 300 labels; bouteilles bottles and also glass tasting). Beware of keeping a little room, because homemade desserts are essential.

Imagine an osteria where the waiters exchange jokes as they run around the room, where a plate of salami and gorgonzola is placed on your table as a welcome, and where the evenings always end very late, perhaps after tasting the homemade digestifs... This is the Osteria dei Colori, a restaurant with several pretty, colorful, candlelit rooms. Everything here is really very good, but don't miss the house specialty: chicche allo stracchino.

On the menu, traditional regional dishes with fresh, tasty ingredients, sourced from short supply chains and Slow Food certified. Choose from fassone (beef) tartare cut with a knife, vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), or any other perfectly executed dish. The menu changes regularly.

A large, modern, well-lit space serving a wide selection of pizzas, pastas and risotti, as well as salads, burgers and more elaborate dishes featuring Piedmontese and Ligurian specialties. An impressive choice of wines, mainly from northern Italy, but also beers. It's a bit like Cuneo's cantina, with everyone gathering here for lunch or dinner, but the service is fast and the atmosphere very good. Prices are very reasonable for this quality of cuisine. The only slight negative: it's noisy...

Fabrizio and Valeria have settled in Cuneo, where they prepare Lombardy and Piedmont recipes in their cosy restaurant, with fish dishes borrowed from nearby Liguria. Piatti di Parola offers sincere, family-style, local cuisine. The menu, a blend of tradition and creativity, changes every season with its Northern Italian specialties. The setting is intimate and sober, the wine list is very tempting and the dishes are delicious and served with care. In short, everything is perfect.
