Imagine an osteria where the waiters exchange jokes as they run around the room, where a plate of salami and gorgonzola is placed on your table as a welcome, and where the evenings always end very late, perhaps after tasting the homemade digestifs... This is the Osteria dei Colori, a restaurant with several pretty, colorful, candlelit rooms. Everything here is really very good, but don't miss the house specialty: chicche allo stracchino.

Ieri sera ho mangiato in questo ristorantino in un gruppo di 19 persone. È un piccolo ristorante, all'incrocio di Contrada Mondovì, una delle vie più caratteristiche di Cuneo. I proprietari sono molto gentili e ci si sente subito a proprio agio, ti accolgono con una bella stretta di mano, come fra amici. Cibo ottimo e porzioni abbondanti, le chicche alla crema di stracchino sono qualcosa di superlativo! Servizio rapido e cortese, musica in sottofondo non invadente, atmosfera a lume di candela. Vivamente consigliato!
