One of Cuneo's best addresses, and one that won't disappoint. On the first floor, you'll find the wine cellar, where you can sample countless beverages and do your shopping, and on the second floor, the restaurant. On the menu, traditional regional dishes with fresh, tasty ingredients, sourced from short supply chains and Slow Food certified. Choose from fassone (beef) tartare cut with a knife, vitello tonnato (veal with tuna sauce), or any other perfectly executed dish. The menu changes regularly.

ravioli del plin con sugo di arrosto, vitello tonnato buonissimi.

Praticamente abbiamo fatto due ore di macchina per provare questa splendida osteria e ne è falsa la pena. Lo rifaremo ancora.
Piatti tipici eseguiti magistralmente con un gran bel tocco si modernità. Servizio impeccabile in un ambiente elegante e molto confortevole.
