THE REBENBUMMLER MUSEUM TRAIN

The Rebenbummler museum, which translates as "vineyard stroller", is unusual in that it runs on steam: a train whose oldest carriages are over a hundred years old. The train was converted into a museum in 1978. During the journey, you can enjoy wine and other regional delicacies in this old locomotive. The line runs from Riegel to Breisach. Various formulas are available, including special personalized excursions (with steam locomotive or railcar) to celebrate anniversaries or corporate meals, with seating for up to 222.
