It's impossible to miss this street-side gelateria. The line that forms in front of it in summer says it all... And with good reason: this is Murano's first artisanal ice cream parlour, and its ice creams are divine! The quality of the ingredients used, the know-how of the maestro, the subtle, even unusual flavors (mushroom, juniper, white truffle...), and the freshness of the flavors all contribute to the success of this artisan ice-cream maker, which delights passers-by at the hottest times of the day. Try the simplest, the lemon-basil sorbet, which quenches the palate with joy.
