Read moreIf you'd like to know all about the artisanal production and processing of Murano glass, this is the place to go. This small factory offers guided tours including the various stages of the process, right through to cooling. The glassblowers will be delighted to give you a demonstration. It's always fascinating to watch them at work on the glowing glass as it emerges from the furnace at 800°C (1,472°F). There's also an on-site boutique.
