This museum reveals all the secrets of the preparation of prosciutto, affectionately called the re dei salumi, the king of cold cuts. The tour begins with a presentation of the agricultural territory of Parma and evokes the development of the production of cured meats, linked to the preservation of food. We then get to the heart of the matter with the typical cold meats of the area and with Prosciutto di Parma DOP.
