BADIA DI SANTA MARIA DELLA NEVE

Built in 1471, this abbey was returned to the monks in 1899 after having been a private property and after having hosted the Royal Military School during the Napoleonic period. Today, Badia offers a place of rest where the monks of San Giovanni Evangelista of Parma come in the summer for prayer and spiritual exercises. Inside the abbey you can admire the magnificent 15th century cloister with its nine arches on each side.
