Convenient to sleep in a hotel for not too much money, and close to the center. But don't look for anything else, and know that even "cheap" is still a little too expensive for this Soviet-style establishment, which deserves a solid refreshment. In the best rooms you will nevertheless find a television and hot water. The reception hall, vaguely repainted, is a little more "smiling" but the whole remains expensive considering the level of services offered. Try to negotiate rates if you stay more than one night, it is usually possible.
